Refund policy

- Due to sanitary purposes (Covid-19) all sales are final.

- Once the products are shipped out, we are no longer responsible.

- We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items after shipment.

- Canceled orders will be refunded. Expect refund within 1-2 Weeks

- Shipping and tracking numbers will take 1-2 Weeks.

- Any issues with orders email us at motionboysla@gmail.com or send us a DM on Instagram.

- Be sure to type in correct address, including APT/UNIT Number/Letters.

- If order shows delivered but did not receive order you must take it up with USPS.

- Failed deliveries will be refunded when the item is returned back to us.
